What date will things change? |
Bounce will take over management on January 1. The team will work with players to attempt to make the transition as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your patience. We are excited to update the courts and bring expanded programming to the Baltimore community. |
Will there be tennis? |
Bounce is about Pickleball and will be converting the Pikesville facility into a dedicated Pickleball club. Having exclusive Pickleball courts will mean better conditions, and at least 18 courts allowing for an abundance of programming options! |
What changes will be made to the facility? |
Renovations will start on the left side (the current tennis side). Once the renovation is complete on the left side, we will proceed with updating the right side. Changes are also being planned in the middle corridor and lobby/office area. |
When will renovations be done? |
Renovations will begin in early 2025. Talen please add whatever additional info you have around the expected timeline. |
Can I use the gym? |
The facility at the gym is being operated under separate management and is currently not available to Bounce members. If an agreement is reached to offer a supplemental gym option onto a Bounce membership, we will communicate the option to members. |
How much does it cost to play at Bounce? |
Annual memberships are available for as little as $50 for a daytime weekday membership. With membership you can enroll in Open Plays which typically will cost XX. See CourtReserve for other programs and pricing. |
How do I reserve a court for a group? |
One-time reservations can be made through CourtReserve. Your players will need to be members. If you have any out-of-town guests, please contact the Bounce Member Support Team. |
Can I reserve courts on a long-term basis for a group? |
Yes. Details are still being worked out, but you will have the option to reserve a court for an established period of time. |
I currently play in a group that someone else organizes. What will happen with that group? |
The Bounce team is aware of the group reservation option that was offered and is working out details. |
What if I don't join Bounce? |
Bounce structures its membership to be affordable to create a community around the players. Players are required to obtain a membership to participate in any of the Open Plays |
What happens to the "Silver Sneakers" program? |
This option through a health insurance program is not expected to be renewed at this time. |
Can I try out the club without joining? |
We are a member-focused organization. Non-members can register for sessions that still have spots available day of for an additional fee. Contact the Member Support Team to be added. |
Can I bring a guest (e.g. a friend to try Bounce or an out-of-town visitor)? |
We are a member-focused organization. Non-members can register for sessions that still have spots available day of for an additional fee. We try to have more flexibility, where possible, with out-of-town guests, as we want to be their Baltimore pickleball destination. Contact Member Support Team for more information. |
What if I already have the Court Reserve app, how can I add Bounce? |
You can select "Add Organization" and look for "Bounce Baltimore". |
I am in the current League; will that continue? |
We recognize that the League in Pikesville has been a popular event. The Bounce team will be looking to offer League play in 2025 in some form. Details are still being worked out so stay tuned! |
What opportunities will there be for instruction? |
Our pro team will be lead by local Pickleball legend, Lynne Coburn. Lynne and other pros and clinicians will be offering a variety of lesson programs, drilling sessions, clinics, and coached play. Look for opportunities in CourtReserve. |
Will you host any tournaments for local competitors? |
With its state-of-the-art facility, premier playing conditions, and abundance of courts, Bounce Baltimore looks to host tournaments for both national level and local level play. Bounce is already in discussions to host its first Baltimore tournament, so watch for details about opportunities to compete. |

Bounce is a Pickleball facility owner based in Malvern, PA with locations opening in other mid-Atlantic states. Can Doubletree Hotel guests play Pickleball on the Bounce courts? |
We are in discussions with Hilton Doubletree about hotel guest options for joining an Open Play or renting a court. If you're staying at the Doubletree, please stop by and ask about guest play opportunities! |
Will the Non-Competitive Open Plays (Lynne Coburn's sessions) still be offered? |
Yes! The popular 10 am - noon Non-Competitive Open Play sessions will still be available, and stay tuned for additional options! |
What happens to my Coppermine Membership, particularly if I committed to 6 or 12 months? |
